Lets do it agin this week on 13.3.

Warm-up:

          4 min double under practice

Skill:

           power snatch/ttb

Strength:

        back squat: 3rm

        band pull aparts: 4x20

WOD:

         3 rounds

         5 power snatches (165/105)

         10 ttb

         5 burpee bar hops
