CrossFit Route 1 personal trainers are dedicated to creating fitness programs designed to enhance your workout results. With One-to-one personal training come customized workout programs, accountability, and better fitness results.
Our staff of certified personal trainers will create and implement an effective exercise routine centered on your goals. It is our job to help you understand that your fitness goals can become reality.
Custom designed fitness programs with a CrossFit Route 1 personal trainer will make you understand why it is that our clients maintain a healthy attitude towards fitness and stick with their exercise regimen long after their friends have come and gone from their temporary or seasonal workout routines.

Small Group Training
Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training. CrossFit Route 1 small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.
Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. Train with friends, family, or co-workers!
Small group personal training sessions are 1 hour in length. Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate.
Small Group Personal Training Rates:
3 people $35/ hour per person
4 people $30/ hour per person
Strength and Conditioning Programs
The goal of each program is to develop the athlete’s strength, coordination, agility and core stability through proper movements and technique. With focused coaching in small groups the appropriate progressions will result in improved performance. We understand that each athlete has their own ability and strength levels, thus through the monitoring of each athlete these progression levels will vary.
The progressions of each athlete will be assessed pre and post program. This will allow for the athletes to track their performance and gains.
Each session will be roughly an hour in length and be made up of maximum 12 athletes. The program will be offered to athlete’s from ages 10-18.
CrossFit Route 1 works with each athlete to help them understand and realize their full potential. Once an athlete understands their full potential their overall confidence both on and off the field will increase. Hard work in this program will pay off for each individual athlete and the collective group of athletes as a team.
