To get you acquainted with Route 1's program, we’ve implemented a series of On-Ramp classes you must complete. Our On-Ramp classes are designed to get you equipped with all the skills and techniques that are fundamental to the CrossFit program and to our classes. You’ll learn all about power lifting, Kettlebells, kipping, gym safety, and much more. The On-Ramp program ensures that you’ll have a strong grasp and understanding of our program and it will have you ready to jump right into classes.
The On- Ramp program consists of 4 classes through 2 weeks. This 4 class series is $200, and includes an unlimited membership for the following 30 days. Class 1 of the On-Ramp class starts the first and third Monday of every month (subject to changes). Looking at the calendar below, you have two options for each class. For the class 1, you can either go Monday at 8 AM or Tuesday at 6 PM. After taking the first class, you can take the second class on Wednesday (of the same week) at 8 AM or Thursday (of the same week) at 6 PM. The third and fourth classes take place the next week and they follow the same options as the first two classes. Classes must be completed within a 3 week period. Any missed group On-Ramp classes must be rescheduled for a fee of $25 per class. Completion of the 4 class series is required before attendance of a regularly scheduled CrossFit class.
If you’re unable to take the On-Ramp classes because of your schedule, you can work one-on-one with one of our coaches. You’ll need to take 3 (one hour) training sessions that can be scheduled for a time that works for both you and the coach. The training sessions are $250 and includes an unlimited membership for the following 30 days.
Once your initial 30 days of an unlimited membership is over, you can look at our different pricing packages to find a workout plan that works best for you.
